At Appalachian Outreach, you don’t need to prove your struggle. If you say you need help, we believe you. There are no income guidelines, no hoops to jump through. Just real help for real people—because we all need support sometimes.
📄 How to Request Help (It’s Easy!)
We have a simple voucher system that helps us organize and prioritize families in need of clothing, furniture, or household essentials.
Here’s how to get started:
- Download the voucher form below (you can print and fill it out, or complete it digitally).
- Email your completed form to:

- You can attach the form or a clear photo of it to your email
Once received, you’ll get a confirmation email letting you know we got it. From there, you’ll be added to our list and contacted when it’s your turn. We prioritize by urgency and date, but no one is forgotten.
